My name is Virginia Tomac and I am the volunteer ministry chairperson since 2007 at St. Paul Catholic Church, in Valparaiso, Indiana for the Marjorie Clifford Senior Circle. The purpose of this ministry is to provide assistance to senior parishioners, 65 years or older that need help remaining in their home. As a result, I have referred numerous parishioners in need of a caregiver to Moms on a Mission.
I have known Tammy since 2009 when she was providing house cleaning services with Moms on a Mission. I was a caregiver in a home that was a customer for house cleaning services and I got to know Tammy because of her weekly visits. I had the opportunity to get to know her personally and the homeowner was very pleased with her services.
When Tammy included care giving services for homebound clients, she contacted me. As a result, I recommended many parishioners to her for homebound care. I did not hesitate because I had gotten to know Tammy and I know that she had the same passion for caring for and helping senior citizens that I have. She was very aware of the fear that many senior citizens have for having strangers in their home. It is this awareness and care concerns for seniors, Moms on a Mission assigns the same caregiver to the client for each visit which other caregiving services do not.
I know Tammy is ethical in the fact that she values her reputation of Moms on a Mission and I have never had a complaint from any of the clients that I referred to her of any issues while in the care of Moms on a Mission. I have received compliments from referrals of how grateful they were for her services especially sending the same person each visit. Moms on a Mission has been a successful business with senior citizens due to the ethical, committed, dependable, caring and passion of the leadership of Tammy Jett Reynolds, Moms on a Mission.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have worked with Tami Jett-Reynolds for the last 2 years. She is an amazing person and cares greatly about the patients. Tami owns Moms On A Mission. This companion care service company has helped so many of my palliative and hospice patients. Tami communicates very well and will get back to me right away when I have an emergency with a patient that is needing a caregiver last minute. If there are any issues with patients, Tami will coordinate with me about a plan going forward. She is very straightforward and wants what is best for the patients. Her company is well known in the community and respected. Tami provides a great service and has a great team that is reliable. Many of my patients have boasted about the wonderful care that Tami's company provides. Tami and her team treat the patients like they are family and go the extra mile.

To Whom it May Concern,
My family had the pleasure of engaging with Mom's On a Mission to help us care for our mother, as she struggled with dementia.
The challenge for my husband and I to continue our full-time jobs while also ensuring she was well cared for, became overwhelming. We had several caregivers over the course of a year, none of which were completely reliable or particularly interested in getting to know our mom. It wasn't until we met Tami Jett Reynolds at Mom's On a Mission, that we felt we found the help we needed. Tami came to our home, met and engaged with our mom, and set out to match us with a reliable, compassionate and efficient caretaker who treated Mom as her own.
Mom's on a Mission was there when we needed them most. As a nurse, I continue to recommend Mom's on a Mission to my patients and their families. I am confident they will be treated with dignity in the same professional, compassionate and dependable manner that was experienced by our family.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am honored to provide a professional reference for Tami Reynolds, owner of Moms on a Mission.
I have been a contractor with Mom's On A Mission for 8+ years, and have worked in the medical field for over 20 years.
In that time, I have worked in a Hospital, Hospice setting and Home Healthcare. All of which have been highly rewarding jobs.
As a Contractor with Mom's On A Mission There is always room for growth. There is a flexibility that is unparalleled in my previous jobs.
From a minimum of four hours one day a week to potentially more as the client's needs change. It gives you an opportunity to take care of more than one client. By doing that there are always two Contractors per Client. Offering reliability and flexibility for the client as well as the contractor.
Mom's On A Mission is not a cookie cut business, where one size fits all. It has a refreshing view on how to take care of the individual as a whole. Personally meeting each potential client. Always understanding that as a client ages, their needs, too, may change. What may start out as a single day a week visit to help with personal errands to light housekeeping may turn into more as the client ages. By not pushing more than what a client needs she has built a reputable and strong business. Relying solely on word of mouth, it proves that this foundation that she has built, works.
Mom's On A Mission has built a loyal following of clients and contractors. Using a hands-on approach from the first initial visit, to daily and weekly updates.
